Hello! As promised, here’s another delicious soup recipe for the week. Tinola is a Filipino soup I grew up eating almost weekly! It combines chicken, greens, and a savory broth, typically served over rice.
Everyone has their own on take on Tinola, so feel free to add your own twist. Here’s mine 🙂 (more…)
Good Morning! I know, I know… I’ve been quite neglectful in my posting. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in everything else that other things fall by the wayside and this, unfortunately, has been one of them. So to apologize, I’ll be doubling up on my recipe posting! Yes, yes. You’re welcome 😉 Stay tuned for some Paleo goodness later this week!
It’s been quote a while since I’ve posted something yummy, so here’s a recipe that’s spicy, delicious, and easy! Let’s get to it!

Happy Wednesday! Hopefully your week is going as well as mine! We are officially in the transition from fall to winter and the best remedy for chilly feet and cold hands is a decadent bowl of soup! I could eat soup all year round, but there is something so satisfying about curling up with a soft blanket and having soup from a fancy little bowl. This recipe is one of my new favorites. Not only is it Paleo friendly, but it is gluten-free and dairy-free! It’s quick and easy too! (more…)
Summer is coming to an end and in a strike of irony, I feel the need to start cutting back my cheating in anticipation of autumn’s approach. While most people are going crazy to maintain their summer beach bodies and eating less, my summer is defined by cheat days down at the boardwalk indulging in all that is fried and covered in cheese.
Soup, soup, soup. I could eat it all year round. Not only does it make your tummy warm and happy inside, but it is a one pot meal! Fewer dishes for me to wash = happiness.
What if I told you that you could enjoy a Paleo-friendly Olive Garden inspired meal that tastes just as good as the real thing?
